THE PLAN
At this stage of development, the plan is very top-level:
Collaborate to create and agree a 2 page vision document - agree what we are all aiming for.
Create a plan for resilience - how can we make sure this plan still exists in 10-15 years?
Create a plan for implementation - collectively, what should we be aiming to create, what are the qualities of it, and who can deliver it?
Implement the curriculum.
